Welcome to AutoFly, a Chrome extension that provides bulk image generation capabilities for Adobe Firefly. By installing and using our extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

License and Use of the Extension

Relationship with Adobe Firefly
Our Extension is designed to work with Adobe Firefly but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Adobe Inc. By using our Extension, you acknowledge that:
- You must comply with Adobe's Terms of Service when using Adobe Firefly
- Any images generated through our Extension are subject to Adobe's licensing terms
- We have no control over changes Adobe may make to their services which could affect our Extension's functionality
- You use our Extension with Adobe Firefly at your own risk
Intellectual Property Rights
The Extension, including all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and code), is owned by us and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Extension is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.
Content Generated Using the Extension
Images and other content generated using our Extension in conjunction with Adobe Firefly are subject to Adobe's terms regarding content ownership and licensing. We make no claims regarding the ownership of such content.
You are solely responsible for any content you create using our Extension and for ensuring that such content does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE EXTENSION IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
